POETRY Awakening Souls

I want
to open my heart
in the sunlight
so that You can see
beyond the eclectic shadows
of time’s consequence
where the moon whispers
ever so softly
to our awakening souls
so that I in turn can feel
the sage of your warmth
intimately
blissfully
and take You
to the fruitful orchards
and then into the flowering meadows
where I can further inhale
the perfumes of your nectar
so sweetly
into every moment
with You
that I want
too also see you dance
naked with your soul
gazing incipiently
at your inner reflections
bathing in the untamed desires
of love’s bountiful quest
ebbing as one with the ocean waves
flowing with all that is life
all that is You
and your vibrancy
flowing as the river streams
uniting our innate oneness
monolithic as waterfalls
tasting the pelting rain
that caresses your form
I feel
fertile with knowing You
as I bathe in the sunlight
opening my heart
reaching for You…
